Ramallah, March 31, 2026 – In a joint security operation, the Customs Police and Preventive Security Service, in cooperation with the Public Safety Committee, seized nearly 3.25 tons of rice and nuts unfit for human consumption in a warehouse in Hebron Governorate on Tuesday. The rice and nuts showed signs of spoilage, and their consumption could pose significant health risks to consumers.

Accordingly, the relevant authorities ordered the destruction of the entire quantity using safe and sanitary methods and the completion of all necessary legal procedures.
