Ramallah – April 14, 2026 – During inspection tours of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the relevant department at the Ministry of National Economy and the Hebron Municipality, seized approximately 370 kg of food and sweets unfit for human consumption in Hebron on Tuesday. The products had expired, and their consumption could pose significant health risks to consumers.

Consequently, the relevant department at the Ministry of National Economy ordered the destruction of the seized quantity using safe and hygienic methods, and the completion of all necessary legal procedures.
