Customs Police Meet with Hebron Governor and District Commander to Discuss Strengthening Cooperation

Ramallah - April 27, 2026 - The Director of the Customs Police in Hebron Governorate, Colonel Fadi Abu al-Qarn, met today, Monday, with the Governor of Hebron, Mr. Khaled Doudin, and the Commander of the Hebron District, Brigadier General Hazem Abu Hanoud.

During the meeting, Colonel Abu al-Qarn conveyed the greetings of the Commander of the Customs Police, Major General Iyad Barakat, to the Governor and the District Commander, emphasizing the agency's continued commitment to combating smuggling and seizing contraband goods, thereby contributing to the protection of the national economy and the strengthening of the rule of law.

For their part, the Governor and the District Commander commended the role of the Customs Police in maintaining economic security, stressing the importance of enhancing cooperation and coordination among all relevant parties.
