Ramallah - May 4, 2026 The Director of the Customs Police in Jenin Governorate, Lieutenant Colonel Saad Sayel, received the Director of Police, Brigadier General Ibrahim Toumar, and the Director of Civil Defense, Colonel Muhammad Daqqa, at his office today, Monday.

The meeting aimed to discuss ways to enhance joint cooperation and to congratulate Lieutenant Colonel Sayel on assuming his new position as Director of the Customs Police Directorate in Jenin Governorate.
