Ramallah - May 11, 2026. The Jericho Governorate Customs Police, represented by its director, Lieutenant Colonel Saed Jibril, participated in welcoming Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Mustafa and his accompanying ministerial delegation today, Monday, at the Governorate headquarters. The meeting was also attended by Jericho Governor Dr. Hussein Hamayel and directors of security and civil institutions.

During the meeting, Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa discussed the situation in the governorate and a number of important issues affecting citizens and contributing to the maintenance of civil peace, the rule of law, and order. He commended the efforts of the security establishment and the progress it has made in enhancing security and stability for citizens.

In a separate context, Lieutenant Colonel Huthaifa Ishtayeh, Director of the Crossings and Borders Department of the Customs Police, also participated in welcoming Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa and his accompanying ministerial delegation.

Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa and his accompanying ministerial delegation then toured the crossings and borders, reviewing the workflow and procedures in place.
