Ramallah - May 12, 2026: The Customs Police delivered an awareness lecture to law students from Palestine Ahliya University. The lecture was held today, Tuesday, at the Customs Police Directorate in Bethlehem Governorate, in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Muhammad Sa'abneh.

The meeting was opened by the Director of the Customs Police Directorate, Colonel Abdul Karim Basayta, who welcomed Dean Dr. Muhammad Sa'abneh and the students in attendance. He conveyed to them the greetings of Major General Iyad Barakat, Commander of the Customs Police, and praised the educational role of Palestine Ahliya University.

Dr. Sa'abneh, in turn, commended the Customs Police's efforts in protecting the national economy and markets, and expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome.

The lecture aimed to familiarize students with the laws and regulations in force within the Customs Police and its role in protecting the national economy and combating illegal products, in addition to raising their awareness of the importance of this role in maintaining their health and safety.
