Ramallah - May 17, 2026: During routine inspections of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the Jenin Municipality's Food Control Department, seized approximately 150 kilograms of food unfit for consumption in Jenin on Sunday. The food had expired, and its use could pose significant health risks to consumers.

Consequently, the relevant authorities ordered the destruction of the seized quantity using safe and hygienic methods and the completion of all necessary legal procedures.
