Ramallah – May 21, 2026 Based on intelligence, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the Road Safety Patrol, seized a vehicle in Bethlehem Governorate today, Thursday. The vehicle was not refrigerated and was unsuitable for transporting meat. Inside, they found nearly 400 kg of meat of unknown origin and unfit for human consumption, as its consumption could pose significant health risks to consumers.

After summoning the relevant department at the Ministry of Health, it was decided to destroy the seized quantity using safe and hygienic methods, and to complete the necessary legal procedures.
