Chaired by the Governor of Hebron, the Customs Police participated in the Advisory Council meeting to discuss development priorities, services, and the governorate's needs.

 

Ramallah – June 3, 2026: The Customs Police participated today, Wednesday, in the Hebron Governorate Advisory Council meeting, chaired by Hebron Governor Khaled Dudin. The meeting was attended by Minister of the Interior, Major General Ziad Hab Al-Reeh; Minister of Local Government, Dr. Sami Hijjawi; Minister of Education and Higher Education, Dr. Amjad Barham; Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Natsha; Minister of Transport and Communications, Dr. Muhammad Al-Ahmad; Minister of Industry, Arafat Asfour; Minister of Culture, Imad Hamdan; Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Hani Al-Hayek; and Chairman of the Energy Authority, Dr. Ayman Ismail, in addition to a number of heads of government agencies, security officials and representatives, and members of the Governorate Advisory Council.

Chairman of the Hebron Governorate Advisory Council During the meeting, development and service priorities in the governorate were discussed, and the most prominent needs and challenges facing various vital sectors were reviewed. These sectors include local governance, education, industry, energy, infrastructure, transportation, tourism, and communications, all within the framework of government efforts aimed at improving the level of services provided to citizens and promoting development in the governorate.

Participants emphasized the importance of continued coordination and cooperation among governmental, security, and local institutions, and of working together to address citizens' needs and strengthen their resilience under the current circumstances. They also stressed the importance of monitoring the implementation of vital projects that meet the needs of the governorate's residents.
