Ramallah – June 25, 2026 – The Customs Police, in cooperation with the relevant department at the Ministry of National Economy, seized over half a ton of food unfit for human consumption in Tulkarm Governorate on Thursday. The food had expired and posed a health risk to consumers. The seizure occurred during an inspection tour of shops and markets.

Consequently, the relevant authorities ordered the destruction of the seized quantity using safe and hygienic methods and the completion of all necessary legal procedures.
