Ramallah - July 6, 2026 - The Commander of the Customs Police, Major General Iyad Barakat, accompanied by a delegation from the force's leadership, met today, Monday, with the Director General of Military Medical Services, Major General Dr. Munaf Abu Shamala, at the Medical Services headquarters in Ramallah and Al-Bireh.

This meeting comes within the framework of strengthening cooperation and joint coordination between the two sides, and exploring ways to develop joint work in areas of mutual interest, in order to serve the public interest and improve the level of services provided.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Major General Barakat presented a commemorative plaque to Major General Dr. Abu Shamala, in appreciation of his distinguished efforts and contributions to serving the Palestinian people.
