Ramallah - 6/7/2026 During routine inspections of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the Jenin Municipality's Food Control Department and the Ministry of Agriculture, seized 4,700 kg of watermelon unfit for consumption from a shop in Jenin on Monday. The watermelon showed signs of spoilage.

Consequently, the relevant authorities ordered the destruction of the entire quantity and the completion of all necessary legal procedures.
