Ramallah - July 14, 2026 - The Palestinian Customs Police seized a truck loaded with 20 tons of construction waste from Israel on Tuesday. The waste, intended for dumping on Palestinian-owned land in the Qalqilya Governorate, is considered hazardous to the Palestinian environment.

The relevant department at the Palestinian Environmental Quality Authority was consulted and ordered the return of the seized waste to its source, in accordance with international agreements, and the completion of all necessary legal procedures.
