Ramallah – July 15, 2026 Based on information received, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the relevant authorities in Jenin Municipality's Food Control Department, seized half a ton of mangoes unfit for human consumption in Jenin on Wednesday. The fruit showed signs of spoilage and decay, and its consumption could pose health risks to consumers.

Accordingly, the relevant authorities ordered the destruction of the seized quantity in accordance with health and safety procedures, and the necessary legal procedures are being completed.
