Ramallah – August 19, 2026 – The Customs Police, represented by the Deputy Director of the Nablus Directorate, Lieutenant Colonel Muhannad Al-Deek, participated today, Wednesday, in the inspection tour of Interior Minister Major General Ziad Hab Al-Reeh in southern Nablus. The tour was also attended by Nablus Governor Ghassan Daghlas, directors of security agencies, and a number of officials and prominent national figures.

The Minister held an extensive meeting with local community leaders in towns and villages south of Nablus, during which they discussed issues of civil peace and community security, and the importance of strengthening cooperation and partnership between official and community bodies to contribute to maintaining security and enforcing the law.

The tour also included a visit to the Huwwara Internal Security Directorate and the Directorate of Education in southern Nablus to review the progress of work and services provided to citizens.
