Ramallah – September 8, 2026: During inspection rounds of shops and markets, the Customs Police—in cooperation with relevant authorities from the Ministries of National Economy and Health—seized approximately 70 kg of foodstuffs unfit for human consumption in Nablus Governorate today, Tuesday. The items had expired, and their consumption could pose significant health risks to consumers. Consequently, the competent authorities decided to destroy the seized quantity using safe and sanitary methods and to proceed with the necessary legal measures.
