Ramallah - 9/15/2023 Based on information: The Directorates of Health and National Economy and the Customs Police Department closed a bakery today, Friday, in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. Because it violates public safety conditions and lacks the minimum required health and environmental safety conditions.
132 kilograms of preparation materials that were not fit for consumption were seized inside it. Due to this, the competent authorities decided to close the bakery and refer the case to the Anti-Economic Crimes Prosecution to complete the due legal procedures.
In a separate context, the agency, in cooperation with the Ministry of National Economy, seized 119 kilograms of juices unfit for consumption. As a result of the expiration of its expiration date, and upon summoning the competent authority, it approved the destruction of the seized items and the completion of due legal procedures.
