Ramallah - 2/20/2024 During inspection tours of shops and markets: the customs control agency, in cooperation with the competent authority in the Ministry of National Economy, seized more than 100 kilograms of food items unfit for consumption today, Tuesday, in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate; As a result of its expiration date.
In view of this, the competent authorities decided to destroy the seized items and properly complete the legal procedures.
In another context, the Public Relations and Media Committee of the security establishment held its regular meeting, today, Tuesday, in the Customs Police Directorate in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate and the suburbs of Jerusalem.
In turn, Lieutenant Colonel Nidal welcomed the committee and praised the important role played by the Public Relations and Media Committee. During the meeting, a joint work program was discussed that addressed many aspects of cooperation that will be accomplished during the current year.
