Ramallah - 7/21/2024 Based on information: The customs police, in cooperation with the competent authority in the Ministry of National Economy, seized approximately (430) food items unfit for consumption today, Sunday, inside a commercial store in Salfit Governorate. As a result of its expiration date, eating it may result in significant health risks to consumers.
In view of this, the competent authority decided to destroy the quantity and properly complete the legal procedures.
The Customs Police Service calls on citizens to report any materials suspected to be harmful to public health by calling the toll-free number 132 or through the agency’s official page on the social networking site (Facebook).
