The Customs Police Service dealt with 15 cases during the past hours

A report issued by the Public Relations and Media Department of the Customs Police Service
The details of the cases that were seized were as follows:
_ 8 cases, in cooperation with the competent authorities in the Ministries of National Economy and Health, were as follows:
_ In Ramallah and Nablus, more than a quarter of a ton of expired food supplies and unfit for consumption were seized and destroyed.
_ In Ramallah, approximately 28 packages of sexual stimulants and slimming materials banned from circulation were seized. Because it harmed the health and safety of citizens, it was destroyed.
_ 7 cases in the field of customs smuggling and tax evasion. Non-compliant taxpayers were referred to the Ministry of Finance to pay their tax obligations and settle their situations.
_ The agency intensifies its field and oversight efforts on shops and markets with the relevant partner agencies. To ensure the availability of basic goods, the markets are free of any illegal substances, monitor commercial movement, safety of goods and commodities, and avoid monopoly.
_ To report any smuggled, corrupt, or counterfeit materials, manipulation of product prices, or monopoly, it is necessary to call the toll-free number 132 or through the agency’s official page on the social networking site (Facebook).
